This summer, the U.S. Army’s so-called Operation Inclusion instructed soldiers that the phrase “Make America Great Again” was a form of socially acceptable “covert White supremacy.” …

All the western militaries are going the same way. I have heard that anyone from about the rank of colonel is appointed in part due to their politics — wrong politics, no promotion.

Quite correct. When I joined the RAN Fleet Air Arm in 1966 we were told that promotion above that of Major, Lt. Commander, Squadron Leader was political i.e. “your face had to fit.” And then we have had the recent public behaviour of one or two senior Army officers which has been absolutely disgraceful and embarrassing for Australia IMO.
