Asrar Rashid at the Islamic Centre Nottingham, a registered charity, claims “the white man” commits genocide and tells his audience “Take up arms and defend yourself and do pre-emptive strikes wherever those pre-emptive strikes — which is offensive Jihad — is needed.”
