Smart people don’t reproduce so much. Feminism encourages smarter woman to have careers rather than kids, and the only IQ groups above replacement rate in the West are the sub-80s.

In a modern collectivist state, the higher survival rate of smart people counts for little. In contrast, from 1000 AD to 1880 in Europe, average IQ rose and rose because smart people had more kids who survived to adulthood.
