Spain gives half a million migrants legal status to ‘defeat the far-Right’ [Updated, thrice] By Kieran Kelly in The Telegraph.

Spain has started to legalise 500,000 undocumented migrants and give them the immediate right to work in a move “to fight against the advance of the far-Right”.

Madrid officially began the process on Tuesday after a last-minute deal between the ruling Socialist party and the Left-wing Podemos party …

A government spokesman said: “We not only intend to remain a beacon, but I want to believe that we will be a seed and a germ to fight against the advance of this far-Right wave that is trying to gain ground, and against which we will do everything in our power to stop it.”

Todemos said the legislation would help dismantle “institutional racism that only fuels exploitation and racist hatred”, while the government cast the move as a political challenge to the Right-wing Vox party, which has been steadily rising in the polls. …

The government hailed it as a “historic day for our country”.

“We are strengthening a migration model based on human rights, integration, coexistence and compatibility with economic growth and social cohesion,” said Ms Saiz, the migration and inclusion minister.

Goodbye Spain. You were conquered by the Muslims in 711, and not completely liberated from Islamic rule until 1492 when Granada fell to the Catholic Monarchs, Ferdinand and Isabella. Now, you are being again being conquered from the South. Perhaps you will be saved by another civil war, but it looks grim if you vote in leftist governments.

If this isn’t a hate crime, it’s pretty close. Of course, if someone on the right made a similar statement, calling for “Sweeping leftists out of Spain,” they would surely be prosecuted.

This level of betrayal not just of your own people, but your own children, can only be qualified as extreme pathology or pure evil —or both.
