Sidney Powell (woman on the right) is a conservative attorney and author who was hired to represent former Donald Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Tom Fitton is  the president of Judicial Watch, an American conservative activist group.

Surreptitious intervention methods used outside the US by the CIA have now come home to roost. “Hammer” and “Scorecard” are a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. The CIA is not allowed to operate in the USA, so presumably they were privatized to allow them to be used in the US.

UPDATE 12 Nov: Scorecard probably works via the “weighted race” feature of vote counting by computers, which allows fractional votes to be transferred from one candidate to another.
