An internal survey of roughly 3,000 Nvidia employees in June 2025 found that 76% to 78% are millionaires, with approximately 50% reporting a net worth above $25 million.

 

The wealth comes almost entirely from company stock, not salaries. Nvidia runs an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that lets employees buy shares at a 15% discount to the lowest price over a two-year lookback window.

Nvidia’s stock has returned roughly 22,687% over the past decade on a split-adjusted basis … The company’s market cap now sits around $4.8 trillion.

All that success in delivering what others voluntarily pay for … breeds so much envy and resentment among a certain type of political person, who wants “equity”, brother. So gimme dat!
