The prime minister’s proposed anti-hate laws are intended to prohibit the promotion of racial supremacy.

Australia Day celebrations that promote invasion and white dominance clearly meet the definition of racial supremacy.

Very logical. Albanese’s proposed anti-hate legislation outlaws racial “supremacy.” Therefore, any comparison of races are illegal — because it is theoretically possible that it would offend someone. Nearly any (every?) statement involving races implicitly involves comparisons between races, and thus supremacy. Australia Day obviously involves race.

Therefore, Australia Day will indeed be illegal.

 

Illegal under Albanese’s hate speech laws

 

Ahh, the slippery slope of speech laws. But the ruling class don’t care, because if everything is illegal and they choose when to enforce the law, then they are the tyrants in charge.

And what else counts as racial supremacy, remembering that the test is only that someone could be offended and it involves race? Alexandra Marshall is on a roll:

‘Pay the rent’ ‘the colonies must fall’ and mandatory welcome to country ceremonies are all forms of aggravated racial discrimination — as is the text of state treaties.

These can and do incite acts of cultural violence, such as the dismembering of statues, and threatening behaviour inside protest marches.

The treaties establish racial discrimination inside democracy and lay the path toward race taxes.

Racial groups are excluded or favoured from jobs, public funding, grants, welfare, and other roles.

But odds are this is protected.
