Russians poke fun at Western Sanctions.

Western sanctions are not so funny though. The ruble has now sunk to 83 to the dollar. It started the war at about 70, briefly plummeted to about 140, then rebounded and even rose to 52, but has been gradually sinking against the USD since the middle of last year.
