According to the bill, also called H. R. 550, the government would provide $400 million in taxpayer dollars to fund “immunization system data modernization and expansion,” a system otherwise defined as “a confidential, population-based, computerized database that records immunization doses administered by any health care provider to persons within the geographic area covered by that database.”
First the bureaucracy measures it. Then later they enforce their wishes.
They did the same with carbon emissions. First they just got companies to report their emissions. Then a few years later came the restrictions and fines.
Much better to oppose the bureaucrat at the innocent-sounding “just collecting information” phase. If the bureaucracy can’t see what’s going on, they are much less able to enforce their will.
