Too many quarantine failures: Switch from inner cities to remote locations

Too many quarantine failures: Switch from inner cities to remote locations. By David Evans.

Time to reconsider using inner city hotels in Australia for quarantining. Maybe use remote facilities or remote towns instead. The Northern Territory already uses Howard Springs, 10 km outside Darwin. Perth could use Rottnest Island, Queensland could use reef islands, and so on.
