Grant Napear, Sacramento Kings announcer since 1988, fired for tweeting “All lives matter, every single one!” By Adam Ford.

Grant Napear, play-by-play announcer for the NBA’s Sacramento Kings since 1988, was fired on Tuesday after tweeting, “ALL LIVES MATTER…EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!”

The veteran announcer made his remark in reply to a tweet from former Kings star DeMarcus Cousins, who asked him for his “take on BLM.” …

The same day Napear issued an apology, saying he was “not as educated on BLM as I thought. I had no idea that when I said ‘All Lives Matter’ that it was counter to what BLM is trying to get across.”

Lesson: It’s now unacceptably racist not to treat blacks differently. Their lives matter more. You must enthusiastically endorse racist organizations like BLM, if asked the question by someone questioning your loyalty, comrade.

Just in time, too!
