“The more left-leaning the participant, the more justified they believed discrimination against right-leaning individuals to be.”

Now only leftists thrive in the humanities. It’s the broadening of a trick that’s been done before. Only Keynesians thrived in academia after 1950s. Only believers in the carbon dioxide theory of global warming thrived in climate science after 1980. This trick locks down a whole field of study, because anyone who opposes the intolerant ideology in academia is, by definition, not properly credentialed.
