Tucker Carlson’s new book topples Woodward from #1 on New York Times best-seller list

Tucker Carlson’s new book topples Woodward from #1 on New York Times best-seller list, by Joe Concha.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s book, “Ship of Fools: How a Selfish Ruling Class Is Bringing America to the Brink of Revolution,” has vaulted to No. 1 on the New York Times best-seller list, unseating Bob Woodward’s “Fear: Trump in the White House” after four weeks in the top spot.

Woodward being toppled from the top spot is notable, as it was Barnes & Noble’s fastest-selling book in over three years. On its release day of Sept. 11, for example, it sold more than one copy per second. …

The top three books from a sales perspective in 2018 are those highly critical of President Trump: Michael Wolff’s “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House,” which was released in January, former FBI Director James Comey’s “A Higher Loyalty:Truth, Lies, and Leadership,” which came out in April, and Woodward’s “Fear.”
