German police need 24 patrol cars to stop fight between two Turkish families, by Voice of Europe.
A fight between around 40 people from two Turkish families took place in the German town of Pinneberg. Seven arrests were made and six people were brought to hospital, broadcaster NDR reports.
When police officials arrived at around 7:00 pm, roughly ten people were beating each other, the spokesman said. The other family members came later and “attacked each other”, as well.
Some of the participants were armed with knives, truncheons and pepper spray. During the police intervention, the control centre called a total of 24 patrol cars from Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg to the location of the massive brawl.
