According to the suit, Google presenters at a June 2017 event titled “Diversity and Inclusion Summit” discussed how Google treated women and minorities differently in the hiring process, including by putting them “into high priority queues so that they were more likely to be hired, and hired faster.”
Diversity has taken over from meritocracy at Google, as it has in many workplaces now (often courtesy of HR Departments staffed by postmodern arts graduates). So when feminists claim that 50% of managerial jobs should be theirs, they are scientifically incorrect.
As the threshold IQ moves up, the male-female numbers gap only grows larger. For Google researchers, the minimum IQ is considerably above 120, where the proportion of males to females is considerably greater than the two to one it is at 120.
The only solution in line with PC assumptions is is to dumb down the public service, the universities, schools, fire officers, armed forces, companies, …. The standard solution throughout the PC West when white men dominate on merit has been to dilute the effect of merit down and down until ideological outcomes are achieved. Then they wonder why nobody seems to be as competent as they used to be.
