Sydney bartenders, waiters and CLEANERS versus ISIS: Front of house staff warned to be ready to combat knife-wielding and truck-driving terrorists while they wait for police to arrive, by Peter Devlin.

In the lead up to New Year’s Eve celebrations police are telling nightclubs, restaurants, shopping centres and sports grounds across NSW their staff need to be trained to deal with armed terrorists.

Police have warned ‘front of house staff’ across a range if industries to prepare for a ‘probable’ terrorist attack, The Daily Telegraph reported. …

This comes in the wake of the arrest of Somali-Australian alleged terrorist Ali Khalif Shire, who was accused of plotting an ISIS-inspired New Year’s Eve attack.

Ali Khalif Shire Ali was dramatically arrested on Monday and charged with trying to obtain a semi-automatic rifle to gun down revellers in Federation Square.

Robert Spencer comments:

Like so many other non-Muslim nations, Australia is in a state of war that it doesn’t want to admit. And so citizens have to do the job that soldiers aren’t doing. Yet they will be coming up against trained, ruthless, and determined jihad murderers.
