The citizenship brouhaha is another self-inflicted wound to the Coalition.

It’s less a constitutional crisis than a vetting failure. Is it too much to expect politicians, who draft voluminous and convoluted laws for us, to comply with a plain section of the Constitution that requires them to check and renounce any claims to citizenship of another country?
