BERLIN Christmas market killer Anis Amri was discussed a total of seven times among security chiefs at high level briefings before he carried out his yuletide massacre, it emerged today.

In the end they decided he did not present a clear and present danger, according to reports by Germany’s Süddeutsche newspaper and two broadcasters.

How dopey. The Germans ain’t what they used to be.
