Erdogan: Turkish forces are in Syria to end Assad’s rule, by RT.

Erdogan has said that the Turkish Army entered Syria to end the rule of President Bashar Assad, whom he accused of terrorism and causing the deaths of thousands. …

Erdogan said that Turkey has no territorial claims in Syria, but instead wants to hand over power to the Syrian population, adding that Ankara is seeking to restore “justice.”

This is serious. Russia is fighting on the side of Assad, and Turkey against. Turkish troops first entered Syria in August, but only to fight ISIS and prevent three de facto autonomous Kurdish areas joining up into one enclave south of the Turkish border.
