India to takeover from the US as world’s second biggest coal producer, behind China. Last year India cancelled Greenpeace’s registration as an NGO,  for “allegedly working against the country’s economic progress.” The Indian Government accused Greenpeace of cheating on foreign donations, and froze its bank accounts.
