• If they disagree with you about race, call them racist.
• If they disagree with you about women or men, call them sexist.
• If they disagree with you on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex matters, call them a homophobe.
• If they disagree with you on climate, call them a denier.
• If they disagree with you on Islam, call them a Islamophobe.
• If they disagree with you on immigration, call them a xenophobe.
• If they disagree with you on economics, call them a fascist or maybe a Thatcherite.
• Describe fellow progressives as mainstream, sensible, normal, or experts; anyone who strays significantly from progressivism as right wing; and those who are outspoken against progressives as far right or extreme.
• If they bring up a fact, don’t believe it unless it has been published by the ABC, the Sydney Morning Herald, or the Melbourne Age.
