Feminist guru paid $2 million to weed out public service gender bias, by Adam Gartrell.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s department is paying a feminist “change agent” almost $200,000 to conduct a three-month “cultural audit” to find and weed out any unconscious bias against women.

The $187,550 contract is the latest of 36 federal government contracts awarded to Deborah May over the past six years, totalling just over $2 million.

The department says while women make up 66 per of its workforce it believes Ms May’s work can help it to do better.

So only 34% of its workforce is male, but the Federal Government is spending big bikkies on searching for anti-female bias? Hello? Is no one researching anti-male bias?  Is anyone there aware that because the IQ distribution in men has a larger standard deviation than in women, only 37% of humans with IQs over 120 (the bottom of managerial level) are female? Or are they so steeped in political correctness and blinding themselves to reality that they have no idea?
