EU boss says Britain’s EU exit must be painful to serve as a warning to other nations, by Rebecca Perring.

The president of the European Council said it would be “lethal” to let the UK walk away scot-free as he attempts to avoid a domino effect across the continent in the wake of Brexit.

Delightful bureaucrat. So glad he so won’t be ruling Britain. Anyway, the pain is mainly going to be in the EU, just watch.
