Islamic birth rate in Australia. In response to yesterday’s post “‘We will multiply our descendants’ Turkey PM says NO Muslim should use birth control,” reader Matthew sent in a page from the Australian Bureau of Statistics about birth rates.
Australian birth rates are falling, and are now below replacement (2.1):

AVERAGE NUMBER OF CHILDREN EVER BORN: WOMEN AGED 40-44 YEARS. Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Better educated (presumably those with higher IQs) have fewer children (also lower income households, though that is largely due to factors like having kids earlier in life):

AVERAGE NUMBER OF CHILDREN EVER BORN, HIGHEST NON-SCHOOL QUALIFICATION AND HOUSEHOLD INCOME: WOMEN AGED 40-44 YEARS – 2006. Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Muslims have a much higher birth rate than others:

AVERAGE NUMBER OF CHILDREN EVER BORN AND RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION, WOMEN AGED 40-44 YEARS – 2006, Australian Bureau of Statistics.
Evangelical Christians almost certainly have a substantially higher birth rate than nominal Christians who just go through the motions.
See Atheism is doomed: the contraceptive Pill is secularism’s cyanide tablet: “…Christianity’s rise from 40 followers to 6 million within three centuries had less to do with conversions that with higher birth rates, since the Christians rejected such pagan practises as polygamy and infanticide..”
Be interesting if there was a category for SJWs. Could the propensity to be politically correct have a genetic component?
