Trump and Fauxchoahontas

Trump and Fauxchoahontas, by Steven Hayward. Asked why Fox’s Megyn Kelly attacked him every night, Trump answered that if she didn’t attack me every night her ratings would be worse than the interviewer’s — upon which the interviewer promptly dropped that topic and moved on. And at a news conference that mentioned Elizabeth Warren, who falsely claimed Indian ancestry at some point to score PC points or maybe financial advantage:

“Who is that, the Indian? You mean the Indian?” Trump asked, referring to Warren, who has said she has Native American ancestry.

The case for Trump might just come down to the idea that if we can’t have effective government, at least we can have entertaining government.
