US Justice Department Has ‘Discussed’ Civil Legal Action Against Climate Change Deniers. Attorney General Loretta Lynch testified Wednesday that the Justice Department has “discussed” taking civil legal action against the fossil fuel industry for “denying” the “threat of carbon emissions” when it comes to climate change.

Would they want to prosecute me for pointing out that all the climate models have an error that causes them to vastly overestimate the sensitivity to carbon dioxide, or that pretty substantial reasons exist to believe global cooling will begin soon? At what point will discussion of reality be outlawed by the politically correct? What if thermometers say the wrong thing — will they be silenced too?
